Excelente hotel, el personal en todo momento fue muy amable, la parte de la playa también muy amable el personal y en todo momento atentos. Las habitaciones están bien, solo hace falta un poco más de limpieza en la regadera, pero fuera de eso excelente para hospedarse, la ubicación está un poco retirada pero la playa lo vale, un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, sin dudas volvería a hospedarme.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, lo que me gustó fue que tengan frigobar, la cama no estaba cómoda la que me tocó, el servicio fue genial, la gente del hotel amable, tiene buena ubicación cerca de la playa, los platillos en la carta se ven elevados pero al momento de que te sirven te das cuanta que el precio esta súper bien, sirven basto y muy rica la comida.
El lugar es muy bueno ya que esta justo frente a la playa, cuenta con palabras para que dispongas de los servicios sin tener que hacer pagos adicionales por usar los servicios, tambien cuenta con alberca, lo malo es que no aceptan pagos con tarjeta, no facturan y es un mega problema comunicarse con los responsables (no esperes ver una recepción) para hacer reservaciones.
Muy buenos días servicio y riquísima comida, he ido a otras partes de mata de uva y la verdad la mejor que he probado es en el hotel real Mirafuentes.

Muy bien el hotel ,solo pienso que en el restaurante deberían ofrecer antojitos típicos veracruzanos ,además de dar opción de algún té; en lo que respecta a la habitación están muy bonitas pero no realizaron el servicio de limpieza en los dos días que me hospedé además de q la tv. No tuvo señal. Pero en general está agradable
